Refunds are not given for change of mind, or incorrect decision unless required by law. However, if the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you we will gladly exchange or refund.
You must provide proof of purchase within the last 28 days. Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
For an item to be refunded and / or exchanged the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition which includes:
• the original labels are still attached;
• the item is in its original packaging
• the item is unused
Directory Listings
To qualify to be listed in our Directory Listings your business must be:
- located within Australia or New Zealand;
- provide shipping to Australia;
- suited to one or more of the website’s categories;
- regularly open to the public; and
- submitted by the business owner or authorised agent.We reserve the right to decline businesses that don’t meet the above criteria.
Businesses
The Businesses that are featured in our directory pay a monthly membership fee. As part of this fee, there are a number of features which are sponsored, including advertisements. There are a number of independent features which do not incur a cost including any reviews on our blog and any non-sponsored mention in our social media channels. Twinfo also features affiliate products.
We aim to keep a balance between providing a promotion service to the independent boutiques, and also ensuring that you get an honest representation of the Businesses featured.
