Sleep Right Sleep Tight was created out of a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn.
Here at Sleep Right Sleep Tight we work one on one with each of our families, run seminars, small groups and guest appearances. We are committed to working with each of our families, giving them individual attention and walking the journey to healthy sleep together. We are proud of the relationships we form with each of these families and love to see the difference our program makes in their lives. We understand how hard it can be as a Mum, particularly when there are 2 little people looking for your help and attention. We strive to make the lives of our twin Mums as simple as possible, helping you with routines and schedules along the way. It doesn’t matter where you are located, we can help. In home support is offered throughout Brisbane and Cairns regions, with Skype and phone support offered outside of these areas.
Our approach to improving your child’s sleep is pretty simple:
We’ll give you honest information about WHY sleep is so important for your child’s well being. This will give you all the motivation you need to make changes to your child’s sleep habits.
We’ll lay out an easy to follow, step by step plan that lets you make some choices about what is the right approach for your child. All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do. We encourage you to use your knowledge of your child to customise their sleep plan. We then follow up with an extensive support program until you reach the goals for your little one’s.
